At this time, Razr Rods LLC ships merchandise only to locations within the United States, but not to other international locations. We use FedEx as our shipper so all orders need a physical delivery address not a PO Box.

- Warranties

If any RaZr Rods® are broken in any way, fishing or otherwise, ship that rod to Razr Rods LLC along with a letter of explanation (how your rod broke). Include your name, address, phone number and email address, along with a check for $29.00 per rod, for warranty processing & handling. Razr Rods LLC will then repair or replace your fishing rod and return it to you as soon as possible.
NO credit cards for warranties.NO warranty will be processed without prepayment of the $29.00, per rod.
If we are in receipt of a warranty fishing rod not accompanied by a check or money order you will receive notice of the balance due.
If a check, money order or credit card number is not received within 60 days, the warranty on that fishing rod will be null and void. Absolutely no refunds on used or broken rods.
Blatant abuse will void this warranty."This warranty does not apply to rods broken by airlines or freight carriers."
Warranty rods that are to be repaired or replaced are normally shipped within 2 to 4 weeks after we receive the rod. Thank You!
